Step-by-Step Directions
Wet your hair and body: Stand under the shower and ensure your hair and skin are thoroughly wet with warm water. Avoid using very hot water, which can strip the skin and hair of natural oils.
Dispense product: Pour a small amount of the 2-in-1 product into your palm. A quarter-sized amount is usually enough, but you can adjust based on your hair length and body size.
Lather and apply:
For the body: Rub the product between your hands or onto a washcloth, sponge, or loofah to create a lather. Start at your neck and shoulders and work your way down your body using gentle circular motions, paying attention to areas prone to sweat and dirt.
For the hair: Massage the product into your scalp and hair, from roots to ends, just like regular shampoo.
Rinse thoroughly: Once you have lathered and cleansed your entire body and hair, rinse off all the product thoroughly with warm water.
Pat dry: Gently pat your skin and hair dry with a soft towel. To lock in moisture, consider leaving your skin slightly damp before applying a moisturizer.

SLS Alternatives: Gentle, coconut-derived surfactants are used instead of harsh sulfates like SLS for cleansing and lathering. Common examples include Sodium Coco-Sulfate, Coco-Glucoside, Lauryl Glucoside, and Cocamidopropyl Betaine.
